Cummins will be charged with leading development on shows Plec creates and supervises.

Cummins joins from Disney's ABC Signature, where she previously served as a vp drama development exec since 2011. During her tenure there, she has worked with the likes of Carlton Cuse, Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage, Susannah Grant, Diablo Cody, Callie Khouri, John Legend, Phoebe Robinson and Reese Witherspoon while developing such series as.

Before joining Disney, Cummins was exec vp of Akiva Goldsman's company. She started her career at WME, CAA and Brillstein Grey Entertainment and previously ran Goldie Hawn, Kurt Russell and Kate and Oliver Hudson's Cosmic Entertainment banner. She also spent years as exec vp at Red Ragon Entertainment, developing movies for multiple studios.Cummins is repped by Ziffren Brittenham.
