BS. I've got a female project manager for a boss who won't shut up for 5 minutes, and when she does, she's sent 30 emails in that time. Her - You don't have anything to add? Me - No, I just need to get back to work and get something done, as opposed to just talking about it.

This isn’t the case where I work. Some of our highest leaders are women. It does likely happen elsewhere though. I’m glad to work for a company that is so diverse.
