In May, he bought 20.2 acres at 1300 N. Burris Road in Casa Grande for $2.1 million from the Keeling Family Partnership, securing financing from Atlanta, Georgia-based Nysa Capital LLC. Larson plans to invest about $56 million to build 240 rental units, along with resort-like amenities, at the community named The Element at Casa Grande.
Upon city approval, Larson expects to break ground during the fourth quarter and finish 24 to 26 months later.
