It is rather critical that in his second term as ANC president, Cyril Ramaphosa finds a way of getting his reform agenda to be less dependent on the question of his presence in office, writesFive years ago this week, the ANC elected Cyril Ramaphosa as its president and David Mabuza as its deputy president.

Over the past five years, the fortunes of Mabuza within the ANC have waned so dramatically that he is not even on the ballot for re-election to his post this coming weekend. As a deputy president of the ANC, Mabuza should have been in prime form to score re-election or even offer to step up for the ultimate job.

CoruscaKhaya Which economic reforms you talking about Jobe?

CoruscaKhaya NATIONAL DEMOCRATIC REVOLUTION must step aside - the little Elephant in the Room no one talks about - heading to a Communist State. Country needs smaller Govt and a larger Private Sector. Instead, people have looked to the State to burp and baby Society Instead, NDR on track.

CoruscaKhaya a slate is a slate . you can't expect others to implement policies of the opposing slate .

CoruscaKhaya On his first visit to Ghana president Barack Obama said it is time Africa replaced the culture of strong men with the culture of strong institutions. That time is now. You jacked Molemi's lyrics, Khaya.😂😂
