Stop blaming the machines. Algorithms aren't causing the wild stock market swings.Big fund managers tend to blame algorithmic trading when things go haywire in the stock market. 👇👇👇🤨 There is no question in my mind that algorithmic trading amplified. That’s it’s purpose. People can dance around rhetorical arguments as they do w/other phenomena like smoking causing “C” or carbon dioxide’s impact on the planet... but of course it does. Industry defenses aside. Algorithms aren't but greedy Financial Wall Street firms are. These high Tech practices are unfair to common investors and day-traders who don't have access to these Algorithms
