A 4½-year-old antitrust case over treating allergy patients was settled on the eve of a federal trial scheduled to start Monday.

“In furtherance of conspiracies and illegal agreements, Defendants and their co-conspirators have contacted physicians, other Texas MCOs and other third parties in an attempt to persuade, entice, or coerce them not to do business with UAS and primary care physicians who contract with UAS,” the suit alleged.
