Ticketing company leaves Philadelphia artists unpaid for weeks, months, and longer

Representatives from several local arts groups report selling tickets through Brown Paper Tickets only to be left hanging for weeks, months, or, in one case, two and a half years. Emails to the company asking about payments have gone unanswered.
