3 arrested after company allegedly dumps human waste near Sevier River headwater stream

The owner of a southern Utah sanitation company was arrested after she, her husband and an employee were allegedly found trying to clean up the area- near a popular fishing creek - which had been used for human excrement disposal multiple times.
