Cisco shares rise on better-than-expected revenue and earningsCisco beat quarterly estimates on the top and bottom lines. I don't do fundamentals, but do people feel good about beating street estimates if they are always so low. Not hard when you set the earnings bar so low that a toddler could jump over it. When I started to hear headlines of “better than feared” this earnings season to spark rallies I knew we were in for some major manipulation.
