St George’s Market is back with a new look and new vendors

St George’s Market will relaunch in Cape Town this Thursday after a four-year hiatus.

St George’s Market, also known as St G’s Market, is Cape Town’s inner-city market located at St George’s Mall between Wale and Church Street. The market ran for seven years until 2019 and is now back with a new look and new vendors.The market was inspired by its location, as St George’s Mall is known as the heart of the city of Cape Town. It was the first pedestrianised street in 1990, and the area is known for trading.
