This was in the build-up to their DStv Premiership match against City at FNB Stadium on Tuesday night, where Khanyisa Mayo scored the crucial goal in a 1-0 win for the visitors. After the game, City had a bit of tongue-in-cheek fun. They posted a picture of their ‘own brand’ of chips. The only difference between Chiefs and theirs is that City’s chips are seasoned with “three points” instead of the salt and vinegar, grilled steak and tomato flavours of the Kaizer chips.
Some even joked that City must have had some ‘Kaizer Chips’ before the game, giving them the extra “nutrition” to secure the win.
