The annual pace of headline inflation was steady at 3.7% in the 12 months through September, while the core CPI rate eased to 4.1% in the year through last month, from 4.3% in August. The yield on the 10-year Treasury note was up three basis points at 4.60%, while the two-year yields climbed about five basis points to around 5.05%, according to FactSet data, at last check.
