The description Addictive disease makes you balk..but ADDICTIVE it certainly is. Young ppl particularly who cannot resist the temptation of scrolling in every social situation they are in,PARTICULARLY ie going to the loo to look at their phone etc, DISCONNECTING from reality.Huge

You know what tax payers would be willing to pay more in taxes for? An independent institution with the sole task of tracking where collected tax revenues goes, and monitor public officials spending.
