After contracting with the company in December, John Sierp says he waited another three months for his custom kitchen to be delivered. He filed a complaint shortly after delivery. “It was delivered on the 27th of March. After that, no contact, no messages returned. No e-mails returned. I have an e-mail from him basically mocking me for asking for help to fix my kitchen,” Sierp said.
The owner got in touch with News4JAX and said his company has no outstanding issues with their customers.His company has a B rating with 2.5-stars. There are more than a dozen 1-star reviews and a handful of 5-star reviews posted within the last month.
