After 50 years, the iconic 'Leslieville dollhouse' at 37 Bertmount Ave. is going up for sale on July 11.On Thursday, one of Toronto’s most well-known and most photographed properties – a semi-detached, three-bedroom home at 37 Bertmount Ave., near Queen Street East and Jones Avenue – will officially be on the market.
