A market in Glasgow has been "evacuated" this morning, Sunday September 8, following a horror car fire.
Firefighters scrambled to Blochairn Market, on Blochairn Road, after thick plumes of smoke were seen pouring from a vehicle. Two fire appliances have been spotted at the scene. They added: "There's a car fire at Blochairn Market. No one was in the car, the market has been evacuated.Footage from the scene shows firefighters tackling the blaze, with smoke seen coming out from the vehicle.We have contacted Scottish Fire and Rescue and Police Scotland for comment.
