Paul Grabowski and his family live in a townhome in Houston’s Memorial Park area, and permitting limited Grabowski’s options for getting a whole-home generator. Now, whenever there is an outage in the neighborhood, Grabowski said he opens the garage and invites the neighbors in. “I’ve shown them the system and said, here’s what I’m doing...for where we live, this has been the perfect setup for us.”
