Facebook's cryptocurrency-based payments system gets investment

Facebook's upcoming cryptocurrency-based payments system has secured backing from more than a dozen companies including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Uber.

For the privilege of running a facecoin node (giving full access to all payment transactions data across the network) you have to pay Facebook $10m. Not really an investment or backing. But payment to access and monitor users spending. The move to mega corporation surveillance.
