Police officer who allegedly killed girlfriend remanded in custody

The police officer, who allegedly shot and killed his girlfriend and a man onat Pienaar in Mbombela in Mpumalanga, has been remanded in custody. He made a brief appearance in the KaBokweni Magistrate’s Court.

Malinga allegedly arrived and opened fire, killing them instantly. He also shot and injured Mhaule’s brother. “As a family, we are not feeling well. We lost one of the pillars at home, we have a serious problem because she was a breadwinner.”
