"We were all caught off guard quite frankly surprised that the governor moved as swiftly as he did to open the state back up," Augusta Mayor Hardie Davis Jr. said. Our (one-term) Governor hates science Kemp said he expects the number of cases to continue to rise, but that the state is more prepared to cope with a rise because of the increased capacity, knowledgeable healthcare workers and “community knowledge” of the disease.
This isn’t close to being over and a second wave will rise again sooner than later because of the dumb ass Governor’s like this guy. I know the economy needs to be re-opend but this is absolutely ridiculous. This needs to continue until at least June if not longer.
