Snowflake says in its IPO paperwork that it committed to $1.2 billion in cloud spending, and said a 'substantial majority' of the business runs on Amazon Web Services

In the paperwork, the company disclosed it has agreed to spend $1.2 billion on cloud infrastructure services by July 2025.

The startup disclosed it has committed to spending $115 million before July 2021, and $185 million, $250 million, $300 million, and $350 million respectively in each subsequent year.
