Meat syndicate company to be charged tomorrow, says deputy minister

A FROZEN meat importer that allegedly imported non-halal meat and sold them as halal products will be charged with using fake halal logos on its vehicles tomorrow. Deputy Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Rosol Wahid said this refutes allegations that the government is trying to protect certain companies or those involved in the issue.
