Plans are underway by professionals to leverage Business Network International (BNI) Nigeria networking week for effective business strategy.

Scheduled to hold February 3, virtually, the 2021 International Networking Week, whose theme is “A world of Thanks”, is designed to help businesses integrate the gratitude effect into their business strategy.

BNI Nigeria President, Agwu Chimaobi, said the highlights of this year’s celebration would be an opportunity for business professionals to learn practical ways to use gratitude effect as a business building strategy, network with other professionals while gaining the benefits of referral marketing. According to him, BNI is the world’s leading business referral organisation, with over 273,000 members in over 9,900 chapters across over 70 countries.

He added: “BNI members generate word-of-mouth business for each other through structured, results-driven groups around the world. In 2020 alone, BNI members generated over $15.5 billion in revenue for member-businesses.”
