Shops were hurriedly shut while traders who had not bought anything fled the area but the presence of security agents had brought some level of sanity to the area.The Police Public Relations Officer in Oyo State, Mr Olugbenga Fadeyi, did not pick calls and he has yet to reply to the message sent to him on the incident.
