In related news, innocent pedestrians are unlawfully 'redistributed the risk' that self-driving cars will 'continue to run them over.' Nobody seems to ever acknowledge pedestrians have rights 'not to be run over' by self-driving cars given the FORESEEABILITY of HARM.
