Who paid you to ask a dumb question ?

Reword your question. Should pharmaceutical companies be allowed to kill people by artificial scarcity to maximize their profits?

If they aren't, then they are complicit in genocide. Wouldn't be the first time.

Yes

The largest driver of vaccine apartheid is Biden and the UK not supporting the TRIPSwaiver at the WTO. Distributing excess vaccines is only part of the problem. The primary issue isn’t not sharing vaccines, it’s not sharing vaccine **IP**

The MSM manufacturing consent.

The easy answer is yes, but only profit drives them to develop drugs. No earning potential then no drugs development from the private sector. However considering the exceptional circumstances, strict price controls should be implemented.

Pharmaceutical companies must never own vaccine patents or any other life saving drug patents period. The health of humanity should not be a commodity. If it’s for ED, have at it.

No. Not as long as they're keeping up with demand. They invested a lot so should get their return.

Yes. And everyone holding that up should be compelled to take a flying leap

at WORST we should force them to license IP to global manufacturers. no clue why this hasn't already happened federally, this is such an easy way of doing what we love and protecting pharma IP & revenue while also scaling up production capacity

Yes A no-brainer

Pharmaceutical companies should be nationalized, their ceo's put on trial for price gouging, - and then we can waive the patent restrictions.

I can’t believe this is a real question. The irony of a pharmaceutical company being pro death is just too much

“should companies be allowed to do a genocide across the entire developing world or not?”

Yes...they god damn should.

No, they should be forced to. Enough public dollars went into the R&D that they really shouldn't have a say in the matter. If we can't even get it right when this many lives are at risk, then whatever system we are operating under is a failure and we need to move on.

Morally yes, but you know for a fact they only give a shit about morals when they can profit off them.

Yes

yes, let's legitimize genocide. thank you
