My employees have been in the office since May of 2020 never wearing masks etc. and guess what?..we are all fine and they are arillwell adjusted members of society

Nope.

If work has continued from home this long, it can continue that way indefinitely. Smart management would see, now is not the time to try and force their employees into a situation they don't like.
