No. My local company WestMidRailway - often ignore several tweets in a row from people, then claim to never have seen the first one. They same to forget their social media channels are there to provide info to customers, not snark at people or only RT other company accounts.

Just another hazard of modern life, I was blocked by my housing association after regulator agreed it had made unjustified & unnecessary threats & council site blocked me after I mentioned in passing I'd been abused as kid in one of their children's homes .Pretty pathetic really.

Apparently so wherever freedom of expression is predominantly a human right!
