Irish tech unicorn Wayflyer has secured $300 million in debt financing from JP Morgan just months after closing a $150 million funding round that valued it at $1.6 billion. The company said it had already begun deploying the financing. It said the debt facility would help it increase market share. The funds also reduced Wayflyer’s cost of capital, allowing it to offer more competitive rates to customers.
