Florida home construction company buys metro Orlando land in Apopka - Jacksonville Business Journal

Dream Finders Homes LLC will build 175 homes in what’s likely the Jacksonville-based homebuilder’s first Apopka community.

The deal may be the homebuilder’s first move in the hot Apopka submarket. The deal is Mattamy’s priciest land purchase in Orange County so far this year, per county records.
