Speaking of eggs, that non-stick coating is no joke. It’s only been a month of testing, but this pan has made me a much better breakfast cook than I actually am. I seem to be like a sunny-side-over egg whisperer, with the egg pretty much levitating over the pan. The results are delish and the toast is completely toasted evenly.
The pan provides an overall even cook. I use a good-ol’-fashion electric coil stovetop and the pan does a good job of distributing the heat throughout the entire surface. The lid is also convenient. So far it’s a 10/10 cooking experience. All of the foods that I’ve cooked in it have turned out super delish. The pan heats up quickly and is easy to clean. After cooking, I let the pan cool down on the stove and then wash it by hand.
