Why women in leadership roles are more likely than ever to quit

When it comes to getting promoted into management, men still have the advantage. And women who do ascend to leadership roles are more likely than their male counterparts to have their authority undermined and have some of their efforts go unrecognized. They are now, in the wake of the pandemic, also more likely than ever to quit as a result of dissatisfactions at work. That’s according to the 2022 Women in the Workplace report from McKinsey & Company in partnership with LeanIn.

5 times as likely as women leaders overall to have colleagues say or imply they’re not qualified for their jobs. Women leaders overall are also twice as likely to spend substantial time and energy supporting employee well-being and fostering diversity, equity and inclusion, but don’t get rewarded for it, according to the report. Of women leaders surveyed, 40% said their diversity, equity and inclusion efforts are not acknowledged in performance reviews.

Breaking: claims women are quitters.

Above all women make the best leaders compared to men

Onlyfans much more profitable

'Microagression' is a term for not being handled with kid gloves. Men show macroagression to other men and they take it on the chin and move on.

Because of petty, entitled men? Did I get it right?

Because it's not in their DNA?

Because women are competitive with other women but not so much with men. Whereas, men “bond” with another at the workplace.

Because her kid is suffering at school and no one is really there so she can be somebody? They should all feel guilty.

Cuz guys resemble the only body part that works? Until blue pill syndrome. U try to make them cave under pressure. Remember how you got here. Our planet is FEmale. Mother. I'm from the sky and I will stop you. Peacefully. Fake news be gone.

It’s simple they’re not as strong in both mental or psychological as compared to men…. Even though some women are trying but men are always born to lead and that’s how created men to be. Women are to help and support the men to lead.

Because Democrat policies destroy small business
