China has reduced the amount of time travelers entering the country must spend in quarantine and removed a major restriction on international flights

The new measures were announced Friday following a meeting by the ruling Communist Party’s top decision-making body, during which leaders vowed to maintain Covid protocols while stressing the need to minimize economic and social disruptions. China is the last major economy to adhere to a zero-Covid policy, using snap lockdowns, mass testing, extensive contact-tracing and quarantines to stamp out infections as soon as they emerge.

Inbound international passengers will also see their pre-departure testing requirement reduced from two to one, and their mandatory centralized quarantine upon arrival cut from seven days to five days, followed by another three days of home isolation. International travelers who do not have a permanent address in China will still need to do a total of eight days of quarantine in hotels.

Time travelers 😁😁

U mean china has been getting time travelers?

I mean it makes sense, because if the theory of the grandfather paradox is real we risk a Kugelblitz.

Do time travelers choose year 2019, so they can prevent corona from happening?

Travel then cought in a snap lockdown. Inviting indeed.

HosseinRonaghi is one of the respected activists the Islamic Republic kidnapped in the early days of IranRevolution in order to minimise their influence. Like many others, he's been under torture and his health is deteriorating fast, as he's also on hunger strike. MahsaAmini

Time travelers are entering the country? Nice headline editors?!?!

Back to school soon?

Matthew 3:2 [2]'Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.'

Had to read that headline twice.

Ahhh. Economy collapsing and all those unemployed getting unsettled. Don't think it will return to normal. Nobody's visiting China after the brutal lockdowns.

Leave the time travelers alone.

Yeah, time travelers are such a pest xD

The economy in China is horrendous, to say the least, that’s why these restrictions have been removed. Sadly, let’s see how fast it takes for another virus. SMH.
