'England's loneliest house' is back on the market with 3,000 acres of Lake District land including three mountain summits added to the sale package

Sheep farmer Gavin Bland bought Skiddaw House privately in 2015, and when he put the building, which dates back to 1829 and can only be accessed by 4x4, on the market in 2021, it became one of Rightmove’s most viewed properties – but with an asking price of £1.5million it failed to sell.Lake District
