Whut. I can get 24 from Costco for $6.50. That's $0.27 per egg. They are renting 2 chickens for 6 months at $485. That's $40/mo per chicken. Chickens lay 1 egg per day on average. So people are paying $1.33 per egg, and also have to take care of chickens.
