After joining the company as a temporary employee in 1999, Phelps has seen the expansion and growth in Trailer Bridge’s efforts in the maritime industry, but has also learned a lot about herself in her time there.It’s a man's world. Transportation…it’s mostly men, and men as leaders at that. So for me to gain my wings, I really had to work hard.
