I've looked at the picture several times, even enlarged it (I'm vision impaired), and I don't see the young lady's name anywhere. The closest that came close to the 'N' word was 'nugget.' Could someone please point it out to me?

I can understand misspelling or the mispronunciation Nyiashia but Nig**** doesn’t even come close. usually they will ask you to repeat/spell your name if they don’t understand. This word is offensive and then trying to cover it up, saying it was misspelled is even more offensive.
It's pretty easy to just ask how to spell someone's name if you're unsure. Shame on that employee and I hope some action is taken.
With my name, I have gotten Felicia as well as Lisa, even after I have spelled it. There is a HUGE difference between the girl's name and the N word. Still sad tho.

No offense folks but her first name is obviously hard to spell. They used her first initial and some asterisk to add as like dot dot dot? Did she spell it for them? Slowly? When asked in a drive thru I often just give my last name as it’s easier.
