There is to much regulation Just look at the country’s banking system fail

That's your job Gary ,you have to put these things into place !

Then shut up if you don't have expertise😂

Hear,Hear!

Just get a new chairman.

SEC is corrupt AF lol

Very slow. US is now playing catch-up

The gensler is an alien for sure

What new tools, expertise, resources are available?

Antique world

the SEC needs a 'new Gary'

What have they done with the money we already give them?

🙄

After it, people will have even less freedom than before

To abolish SEC, Federal Reserve, IRS many voters gravitate towards 51 year old Libertarian political party.

Why keep sueing crypto if you don’t even have the expertise or resources.. aren’t you going to loose every case then?

SEC want even more power, nothing unusual

This mofo looking like a crackhead these days

What misconduct? Please be specific.

Gensler

Seems like all leading technology companies such as Microstrategy were already On iT…? Why act like its New?

You are taking tooooo long making new legislations: i think you still haven’t. Its a bit concerning when the gov takes sooo long to accept and legislate something they are aware of?

It needs a competent new chairman.

Lol, FUD all the way to $50,000 BTC nothing can stop it.

Easy fix. Build crypto into banks where ALL on and off-ramps are completely in CFTC, SEC & FED oversight, and control. They don’t have the right to control digital assets but they do, when it’s converted back and forth from fiat ! SECGov CFTC federalreserve bitcoin

If he loses to XRP he better refund the tax money wasted on this circus, and don't give him another dime of taxpayer money to waste. Hold him accountable. Should never bring a case he doesn't know he is going to win

Stop living in the past and focus on living in the future FFTB Crypto CRO

and who controls the misconduct of this kind of people?

Maybe they need sukuthis

And congress should have to justify to the American ppl why this is necessary.

Gary Gensler's realizing that the SEC needs a crypto upgrade is like realizing you need a parachute after jumping out of a plane. 😅 Good luck catching up, SEC! 🪂 CryptoFreefall GenslersLateEpiphany

What they need is removal of Gensler, that will be a good start

What they really need is to update those 1996 rules and laws. Don’t these guys charge millions of dollars to entities for financial crimes/violations and still asking for money? They’re out of their minds.

Garry should resign or be fired

And whos gonna track misconduct in the government space?

No expertise and yet the SEC is suing all crypto firms possible, pushing away talents and innovations in the space. Other nations are forming alliances to deviate away from the US dominance. Not looking good.

So he needs new tools for a new industry. But he says we do not need new laws for the same industry. He states that the laws we have cover the Crypto industry, then why does he need new tools. I think this is a fair question

It seems that enforcement has become the norm for regulations, not clear guidelines. Stop playing the puppet of the elite, it is time government works for the people instead of against. We are Americans, just tell us how to play the game. Our future depends on it. sec

Lol. Now bstrd realise this.

DEMON janeyorke0 and petersmithofficialemailgmail.com promised me to recover my stolen tokens. They asked me to send BTC to my trust wallet and also their BTC addresses but they scammed me near 1000 dollars.I had been scammed more than 4000 dollars more before.I BEG YOU HELP ME

Don’t matter what he decides about bitcoin!! Except for if he pushes it out of US, then you guys have small problems , not bitcoin!!!
