Police remain outside Nicola Sturgeon's home on Thursday as they continue searching the former First Minister's property after her husband Peter Murrell was arrested on Wednesday, April 6.
The front garden has been screened off with blue police screens while the house and garden remain cordoned off with police tape. A spokesperson for Sturgeon said: "It would not be appropriate to comment on a live police investigation. Police Scotland yesterday issued the following statement, in which they confirmed Murrell had been released: "A 58-year-old man who was arrested as a suspect earlier today, Wednesday, 5 April 2023, in connection with the ongoing investigation into the funding and finances of the Scottish National Party, has been released without charge pending further investigation.
What they doin? Steaming aff the wallpaper? It’s a 3 bedroom house that had 2 adults living in it. How many knicker drawers do they need to rake through ffs.
Unless that house is hiding some sort of hidden underground passage to a castle then there’s no way they are still searching ffs. You could be right through a house that size with a fine tooth comb 500 times over in one day 🙄
