European stocks finished down Tuesday, with the Stoxx Europe 600 index SXXP, -0.23% falling 0.23% to 456.90.

Shares of electric utilities firm Oersted A/S ORSTED, -8.28% and health care/life sciences company GN Store Nord A/S GN, -7.60% declined 8.3% and 7.6%, respectively. Shares of retail firm Etablissementen Franz Colruyt N.V. COLR, +5.97% and retail company DocMorris N.V. DOCM, +5.40% rose 6.0% and 5.4%, respectively.
