Fort Worth-based developer Trademark Property Co. has received a thumbs-up to move ahead with an apartment and retail building along Lemmon Avenue in Dallas' Oak Lawn district.
A multi-level apartment building will replace several fragmented retails buildings between Throckmorton and Reagan streets. The property is closed in by Bowser Avenue, along which there will be constructed a community-facing pocket park.The project will include an amenity terrace about 20 feet above the entrance to the property and its leasing office on the corner of Lemmon Avenue and Reagan Street.The developer is working to preserve as many existing trees as possible in its overall design.
With zoning changes passed on May 22, there can now be a maximum of 416 housing units, including 5% of which will be microunits.
