South Africa has an unemployment problem. They should ramp up recycling to create even more opportunities.

Our problem is not the use of plastic, it is our lack of discipline with regard to our waste disposal. If littering ceased and waste was appropriately recycled, the damage caused by plastic pollution would be drastically reduced.
