Federal agents have boarded the Maersk Saltoro, a vessel managed by Synergy Marine Group, the same company that managed the Dali cargo ship involved in the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse in Baltimore. The Justice Department alleges that Grace Ocean Private Ltd., the owner of the Dali, and Synergy Marine Group recklessly ignored electrical problems on the vessel before the crash.
