DUBLIN (Reuters) - The lead European Union privacy regulator fined social media giant Meta 91 million euros ($101.5 million) on Friday for inadvertently storing some users' passwords without protection or encryption.

PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong introduces Malaysia’s business environment to Chinese companies during his visit there.

He also held discussions with several key officials, including Deputy Director of the Qiantang District Management Committee Li Jun, First Principal Staff Member of the Bureau of Foreign Economic Cooperation under the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce Tang Haofeng, and Secretary-General of the Zhejiang Provincial Chamber of Foreign Contractors He Yun.

He also highlighted the contributions of institutions founded by the MCA, including the University of Tunku Abdul Rahman , Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Technology and Management , and VTAR, which he said were “providing talents for the market.” During his visit, he was also briefed on the Qiantang District’s efforts to develop the"Dongbu Bay New City,""Jianghai City," and"High-Speed Rail New City," projects aimed at creating a modern, international industrial city.
