Grandview founders Jeff Silver and Matt Rosen will be managing partners of the combined outfit.

The combined company will be known as Untitled, while TPG has announced that its entertainment-centric outfit which it launched in the summer when it acquired a majority stake in Untitled will be named Initial Group.
