There's no better method to immerse oneself in the festive mood than by visiting a Christmas market. While your local one might be on the pricier side, there are more affordable options abroad that you could consider.
Topping the list is the Polish city of Poznan, renowned for its annual market held in the Old Market Square. The affordability doesn't end there, with beer priced at just 79p and a bottle of wine costing merely £4.87, reports the Express. The Christmas market commences on 19 November in the city's Old Market Square and features around 70 stalls selling everything from traditional and locally crafted gifts to festive food and Christmas decorations.
