Let’s not forget the recent reports that right wing think tanks want US health care companies to be able to operate services in the UK. The NHS has its problems, but the cure isn’t for-profit providers.

Avastin literally saved my vision. I would be blind without it.

I love that Bayer and Novartis's main issue was that it was unlicensed for AMD in the UK but is everywhere else. What did they expect to happen? At worst, it would just get re-licensed and they'd still lose out.
