Absolutely spot on. Polman echoes the recently published 'The Economist'. Capitalists need to reinvent capitalism. Climate Change is real and it provides opportunities for the future and we can all start to do things differently. The only thing that is constant is 'Change'.

Cut executive salaries, increase worker wages, reign in profits, lower prices. There are many things in the 'in-tray' of this proposal.

Let's start from cutting CEO's salaries.
