This is a wonderful bit of news for those involved. It got me thinking as well, I realize that I have never worked for a company that offered holiday bonuses to the working man. It’s always been management... wonder who does the work for “Management” hope they enjoy my hard work!

Some CEOs know the workers deserve most of the money. They should be paid in fair wages - not in random bonusses decided by someone else. Sure, this was a good thing. But it shouldn't be necessary. The workers should already have had the $10m.
