How can you not tell the window is open? You would be able to hear the noise from outside. The wind from the ocean, the smell. Come on. Sorry for the loss but put the blame where it should be

Negligent homicide is a misdemeanor? I think grandpa has to hold the blame for this one. Being colorblind doesn’t excuse someone from recognizing when a window is open.
